Randy’s quiet, thoughtful nature makes working with his hands the perfect career choice. He worked in concrete forming for 10 years in his home Region of Durham before joining Covenant Construction in 2003. Working diligently to make a seamless transition to his new love of woodworking and renovation, he did so with record speed. Randy challenged the Red Seal carpentry exam with nearly a perfect score.

Arguably the best carpenter in the city, Randy was made a partner in the summer of 2020, a very bright spot in an otherwise challenging year. He brings new energy and a fresh perspective to continue CLAY's best business practices in serving clients. Expanding the senior management team by making Randy a partner, Craig and Bonnie knew that their legacy would be in good hands as they move toward eventual retirement. They know that Randy’s meticulous nature and commitment to excellence will see CLAY continue in the manner they have always fostered.

In his off hours, Randy can be seen jogging or biking with his husky, Kya. He also enjoys riding his motorcycle and spending time with his partner, Bailey, and their children, Jake and Simone.
